make a new one (svn-1.0.1-2-setup.exe) with the same binaries but old
iconv files?

Any objections, thougs? (I will wait until after 20:00 CET)?

I suppose that the svn-win32-1.0.1.zip should be switched with a
svn-win32-1.0.1-2.zip as well?
