It seems like a clear bugfix to me (not that I'm overly concerned that
it get into the next release). Urls with backslashes instead of forward
slashes are broken on all platforms, aren't they? Windows will accept
file paths in either style, but not urls (which is correct).

With that said, there is still a problem with the 'changed paths' output
on Windows if you use a non-default encoding -- I'm committing the fix
soon, though.
