Create dll for Java Bindings

Hi

I wanted to work with the javahl bindings on Windows. Some questions:

The only place where I could find a dll for the bindings is at svnup. It was
built against svn revision 8067. Is there a newer dll available somewhere?

Is svnup the right place to "host" the dll?

Does it make sense to use this dll which was built in December 2003 or is it
perhaps not even compatible with subversion 1.0.1?

Do I still need to install svn on the client when working with the bindings
(I suspect this is a beginner's question, so please forgive me...)?

Would it be possible and if so is it planned to integrate building the dll
into the svn build system?

Thanks for your help!

Best regards, Etienne

P.S. Working with Subversion is a pleasure!!
