Book HTML font styles not working properly

For me, some of the font styles are wrong. There may well be browser problems, as it differs between browsers, but that seems not to be the whole problem.

In Mozilla 1.6:
main text: proportional, serif (OK)
<command>: proportional, serif, bold (OK)
<screen>: proportional, serif (WRONG)
"Typographic Conventions" section:
  "Constant width": proportional, serif, bold (WRONG)
  "Constant width italic": proportional, serif, italic (WRONG)
  "Italic": proportional, serif, italic (OK)

In Konqueror:
main text: proportional, sans-serif (OK)
<command>: proportional, sans-serif, bold (OK)
<screen>: fixed-width (OK)
"Typographic Conventions" section:
  "Constant width": proportional, sans-serif, bold (WRONG)
  "Constant width italic": fixed-width, serif, italic (OK)
  "Italic": proportional, sans-serif, italic (OK)

I think it used to work properly ... but I'm not sure now.
