quick javahl patch for 1.0.x

Hello,

The attached patch rectifies the omission of BlameCallback.cpp (and .h) fom
the *nix automake scripts in javahl.  Without this patch, the *nix
libsvnjavahl.so will compile cleanly, but fail at runtime with undefined
symbol errors.

this was fixed in trunk shortly after the 1.0 release, but was committed along
with many other fixes, presumably too many to go into 1.0.1.
