Subversion depends on APR for portability, and APR supports OS/2 in
theory. If APR is working for you, then Subversion should compile
fine... it's just straight C code.

If you can give details about the kinds of problems you're having, it
might be useful to bring them up on the APR list (dev@apr.apache.org).
