[DOC PATCH] appa.xml

According to the HACKING file it states to always use the long names for svn
commands. This updates a spot where 'svn rm' was used instead of 'svn
delete'. Also, changed the title of section 6 to 'Metadata Properties' as
opposed to 'Meta-Data Properties', as elsewhere in the documents it is used
as metadata as opposed to meta-data.

Also, I've found random use of either 'svn client' and 'Subversion client'
intermixed in other sections of the book. Which is preferred?

Changelog for patch:

appa.xml: Use long Subversion command names, and consistency with Metadata
opposed to Meta-Data.
