If the APR that httpd uses doesn't link against DB 4.2 but some other DB
version, then extreme badness ensues when you use mod_dav_svn.

DB 4.0 and DB 4.1 have race conditions and brokenness that make it unsuitable
for almost anyone. So, use DB 4.0 and DB 4.1 at your own peril. -- justin
