"Post-1.1" milestone --> "future"

In a sudden fit of foresight, I've renamed the "Post-1.1" milestone to
"future", since the important thing about such issues is that they're
not in any of the scheduled releases yet.

"future" is different from "---" because the issue has been reviewed
and deliberately not placed in an upcoming release.

"future" is different from "no milestone" because we anticipate that
the issue *will* eventually block some release, just not any of the
releases currently scheduled.
