Probably so (/home/david). Someone noticed that last summer but I never
found out how to tell if my executables have that in there and I've not
been able to duplicate the problem and I've not heard anything more about
it. If it is still happening we can re-open the bug report and try to fix
it.

....So....yes, you can install all the subversion RPMs except
subversion-server (which depends on apache) and you will be good to go.
Of course you won't be able to use Subversion from an apache web server.
