* I would consider the new date-parser to be a user-visible change.
We're suddenly supporting a different set of date formats!

* I wouldn't categorize the AIX buffer-overflow bugfix as a user-visible
change. Yes, it's debateable, but we seem to have a consistent pattern
of describing crash/segfault bugfixes as "developer-visible" changes.

Things that got left out:

Developer-visible changes:
* bugfix: double Ctrl-C on windows no longer wedges repository.
* changed the auth-provider C API to use 'realmstring' on all funcs
* check the ra plugin ABI versions.
