They're not expected to fail. If they're the only tests failing, I'm
inclined to think it's a subversion bug, not a bindings bug or a problem
with your packaging.

You could always wrap the tests in SKIP blocks as some of the other
tests are. But I'd rather know why you're getting this failure than
just ignore it.

I can't reproduce this on my end. So perhaps we can connect on IRC to
try and debug this...
