I haven't seen those get updated in a while either. I've been meaning to try
and pick that up, but I've found myself at a loss for time lately, and I'd
only be able to support just a couple of versions.

You can find apache2 RPMs at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/apache. From
that point, it's pretty easy to get Subversion compiled and running.
