I didn't realize that it wasn't core.

But, I stand to what I said regardless of what kind of code it was. As
I tried to clarify, it's not that I say the vote was necessary or not,
but that *if* there was some blessing process it should be mentioned
for completeness.

Same as I don't expect an issue to be opened for a bugfix just to be
able to reference one, but if there is an issue, it should be
mentioned.

That said, it's only a minor thing and I won't argue it any further.
