[PATCH]: doc/book/book/ch00.xml - Any OSs-command line are sufficient

The small patch below says that almost any command line interface are
sufficient when using the subversion client, the book's audience are
beyond the Unix users.
Another good thing about this patch is that I can continue to translate
the book to Norwegian if/when this is fixed ;-)
