If we're going to be using Subversion as a makeshift issue tracker
because of this requirement, we could consider setting up a separate
repository for it. Then you wouldn't have to ask Jostein for permission
to tinker with his 0.35 branch. :)

But, just an idea. I don't relish the idea of filling up the Subversion
commit logs with votes, but it wouldn't be the end of the world.
