I was not aware of that it worked under CVS, either (see below). Good job!

It doesn't work (in my experience) under cvsnt, which is strange since the
concept of umask is foreign to Win32. It's been so long since I tried to make
it work, I don't remember the details, but I seem to remember it messed up the WC...
