There will be. In the meantime, I did post the scripts I-m using. I link
hpptd's APR, APR-Util and APR-Iconv into the subversion tree with junctions
(for which you need Win2k and NTFS).

Yes, as soon as I have time -- which, given that it's 6:30 and I'm writing this
at work, won't be soon...
