Is svnjavahl.dll supposed to be compilable?

From: Patrick Dean Rusk <patrickrusk_at_comcast.net>

I am still on a quest to get the latest versions of Subversion and Subclipse
compiled and working with either Eclipse 3.0M4 or 3.0M5.

It appears that svnjavahl.dll is required for Subclipse (and possibly
RapidSVN), but the "subversion/bindings/java/javahl/native" MSVC6 build has
various compilation and link problems.

Is that still an active sub-tree of the project? Is javahl built elsewhere
for those tools? Is there some branch I need to know about?

Thanks in advance.
