Keeping revnum in CHANGES was Re: CHANGES: Suggestion

I think having the association of revnums and release numbers in CHANGES
really helps the developers who track the trunk. When I update my WC to the
trunk or look at my svnversion header file, I can get an idea how far 'away'
from a particular release I am.

So, I'd *really* like it to stay. As an aside, I think it should be the
revnum of when it was branched off from trunk. *shrug* -- justin
