Subversion 0.33.0 problems.

Greetings,

I upgraded from 0.32.1 to 0.33.0 yesterday morning. Prior to the
upgrade, I had run a "svn up" on a working directory and it completed fine.
Access to the repository was off (e.g. Apache down) during the upgrade and I
ran a verify after which was OK. Later in the afternoon one of my
developers got the following message:
   REPORT request failed on '/repos/!svn/vcc/default'

   Malformed representation skeleton

returned using Tortoise 0.21. It turns out that the svn update he was doing
was for the same code that I had updated on my machine prior to the upgrade.
I then re-ran "svn up" (from the command line) and managed to get the same
error message (eliminating Tortoise perhaps - I do have it installed on my
system, but usually use the command line).

Removing the working directory completely and running a new checkout
"seemed" to clear up the problem - this morning however it is occurring in
additional source trees in the repository.

I'm considering rolling back to the 0.32.1 version now as this seems to
be "spreading". I've found nothing in issues for this particular symptom.
One other thing that I am doing is the post-commit "deltify" as recommended
and I'm not sure if this has an impact or not. I have also attached the
Apache error.log file (messages following last restart yesterday showing
some of the errors) as a .zip file.

Another interesting tid-bit is that from the command line running an "svn
up" using the 0.32.1 version of code against a directory previously updated
with the 0.33.0 version, did NOT recognize the directory as a working copy
even though the .svn directory was present. I'm not sure if this is by
design or not but may be pertinent.

Any ideas? Something I'm doing wrong? I'm running in an Windows 2000
Server environment for my server with Apache 2.0.48 and moved the .so
modules to the Apache installed directory manually. I notice that in Apache
Monitor that the tag line in the status window shows Apache/2.0.48 (Win32)
DAV/2 SVN/0.32.1 mod_auth_sspi/1.01. Is there a missing module or misplaced
dll? I also moved the supplied 0.33.0 dlls to the modules directory.

Thanks for any assistance.
