Re: Subversion in Linux/RedHat/Mandrake

The RPM build set from 0.32.1 will work for subversion under Mandrake 9.1 and 9.2

Mandrake 9.2 does not use apache2-2.0.48.

Unfortunately, subversion 0.33.X and higher all will require apache2-2.0.48
under Mandrake which means we will have to either compile under cooker, or
wait for apache2-2.0.48 to go prime time before Mandrake users can use 0.33X
out of the box.

The following should work for you.

svn co http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/tags/0.32.1 /tmp/subversion/0.32.1
cd /tmp/subversion/0.32.1/packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1
make

Let me know if you have any problems. (Like if you need a list of rpm mirrors
for any additional packages you might be missing - the documentation has
already been updated but is in a patch waiting to be committed to the trunk).
