In this particular case, sort of. The first posting showed up after the
second one. Also, I've accumulated quite a history of "sorry if this is
a duplicate" postings in both dev@ and users@ which ended up not to be
duplicates, because the first ones were indeed "black holed".

Well, this post made it twice, so I presume we're looking at a delay as
opposed to a black hole.
