Incorrect! The FOUR longest committer aliases! It's an epidemic.

I propose that in order to limit the worst case of this representation,
we invert the meaning of the leading "j"; for example, "jimb" would become
"imb", and "fitz" would become "jfitz".

In addition to the obvious immediate benefits, this is in keeping with current
Open Source best practices for the naming of data-elements in java-related
projects, which of course, svn is, given that it has java bindings.
