Merge test 2 failing in revision 7632

Merge test 2 is failing for me over ra_svn in revision 7632 because
svn_io_file_rename is trying to "rename" a file from one device to another:

svn: Invalid cross-device link
svn: install_file: move failed
svn: svn_io_file_rename: can't move '/tmp/mprice-temp/tmp.2' to
'working_copies/
merge_tests-2/A/C/Q/.svn/tmp/text-base/bar.svn-base'
