No can do. DevStudio doesn't look at the environment, we're using APR's
project files unchanged, so we can't nsert the path there. Ideally, we'd
get APR to use our build generators, but that's in the futire, I suppose...

I really can't see a clean solution right now; the easiest short-term
would be to hack gen-make to modify apu.hw (the APR_HAVE_DB define) and
apr_want.h (the location of db.h), and that would probably still not be
enough, because libapu has to link with the BDB dll.
