Julian,

I agree with your desire to eradicate unnecessary flexibility in the interest
of stability.

However, in this instance, I would have to say that the canonically accepted
forms of true and false in the circles where subversion will be used and
configured are generally accepted as:

true - true, yes 1
false - false, no, 0

Any where that this premise is untrue, I would submit that this is not the
person responsible for doing the configuring.

YMMV. Just MHO.
