Euh... "dependency from apache2 to db41" and "libapr to db41" and
"libapache2_dav to db41-util". All of those sound like apache packages,
not svn packages. Seems like you should ask those packages' maintainers.

That said, Apache (and APR) and SVN need to *both* use DB 4.x
