svn_push, inter-repos copy, distribution etc....

Will you help me understand svn_push? Is it to give us a feature similar to
darcs where we can send updates via email or something?

And is it production ready? I know you are a contribs author. I don't know if
you saw my previous email.

Do you have any plans to create a contribs package like svn_push that would,
on request, co and create a local full-fledged repository? I don't know if
that violates the whole premise of subversion or not.

Maybe someone else would know better.

Would it be bad if we had a script/program in the contribs directory, which
similar to svn_load_dirs.pl, operated in reverse, where a 'vendor-branch'
could become it's own standalone repository? An export w/o an export or, a
copy between repositories so to speak?
