[PATCH] Mandrake RPM build set update

Mike,

Will you look this over and let me know if the log message is good enough?

Any suggestions/corrections to the message would be appreciated.

There are numerous fixes and stability issues dealt with in the attached
patch.tar.gz.

If you agree that the log message is appropriate, could you please commit this
patch for me?

It affects only the packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1 directory (my area of
responsibility).

           Documentation build more correct.
           Tag directory builds handled better.
           Detects inappropriate build requests better.

  Changes: additional debugging macros.
           More consistent packaging.
           Package naming is now symmetric.
           Added file conflicts and obsoletes tags as needed.

  Changes: renamed INSTALL_DIR cmdline parameter to INSTALL_DOC_DIR
           due to -e flag override

           Documented flags and new package names and new packages.
           Moved non-rpm build information to separate document.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/HOWTO-NON_RPM-9.1
  Added: Mandrake 9.1 non-rpm compilation instructions.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/HOWTO-NON_RPM-9.2
  Added: Mandrake 9.2 non-rpm compilation instructions.

* packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/FAQ
  Added: Simpler set of question-answer format instructions to help users
         get up to speed faster.
