The intended recovery procedure is that you run "svn cleanup" and then
repeat the operation that failed. If cleanup-and-repeat doesn't work
that means there is a bug in the Subversion log file code (assuming
that the failure is not another "Access is denied" error). Please
report any such failures of cleanup-and-repeat.
