Sure... there's no point in implementing an authn system if there's no
authz system to make use of it! ghudson, rooneg and I are talking in
IRC right now about this stuff, and ghudson definitely has plans to
write an svnserve authz system... even a rudimentary "read"/"write"
system would be useful.
