I have no problem with a Post-1.0 goal of sortable statuses.
Obviously not for 1.0, and IMHO not necessary for 1.1 either. But
just because it's hard doesn't mean we need to forget about it (if it
were _impossible_ on the other hand, then we might not want to bother
with an issue :-) ).
