I know ... but it's very easy to think that that block of text is never going to need to change, but then you realise that it says "svn", "svnadmin" and "svnlook" are described in the book, but doesn't mention "svnserve", and it is perverse for "man svnserve" not to mention explicitly that there is more information about it in the book, so the never-going-to-change text already needs to change ... Get my point?

But I'm not insisting that somebody makes it happen right now.
