Nope, I get the same error.

Ok, I'll back down to 0.30 and use it to get 7348 and try that, however I
really don't think that's the problem because in the mean-time, I ran the
regression tests and a whole bunch failed on RA_DAV:

I hadn't run them before a while ago because I was just checking that the
new neon-0.24.3 and changes in subversion would compile.
