mandrake client and windows server

Has anybody had problems using a mandrake client with a windows server?

I'm running 0.30.0 on the windows server with apache and 0.29.0 on the
mandrake client (latest available rpm). I'm getting weird errors when
trying to update and commit.

[root@xxx ants]# svn up
svn: RA layer request failed
svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/ants/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: REPORT of '/svn/ants/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request
(http://24.85.xxx.xxx:81)

Server reports this in the error log
[error] [client 68.169.xxx.xxx] The request body must specify a report.

[root@xxx ants]# svn commit -m "asdads"
Sending tour/UserInfo.php
Adding tour/havelist.php
Transmitting file data .svn: Svndiff data ends unexpectedly
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn:
unexpected end of svndiff input

The svn status and ls commands work fine as well as working copy
commands like add and delete.
