Inno Setup & svn pre Beta: Help wanted

Hi,

As you may have noticed, we are going for beta this Tuesday. However, the
beta deadline was much earlier that I expected, do I need some help from
you, because it's some stuff I want to include in the Windows installer
when 1.0 is out. This means that I want this finished before beta on
Tuesday:

* Path handling on install/uninstall (Pascal script):
  ---------------------------------------------------
  The path must be updated when Subversion are
  installed/uninstalled. This is currenlty handled by an
  external program. I want this to be handled by Inno Setup
  itself (svnpath.pas linked from svn.iss).
  This should be an easy match for a pascal programmer.

* Stop, uninstall, install and start Apache service:
  --------------------------------------------------
  Is it an Apache mutex in Windows (can't find it) during
  it's running?

* It's many other things in my mind and I'm gonna do (some of)them,
  but if you have suggestions or wishes before beta: Stand up! :-)

Please, help me to make a good Windows installer for Subversion with Inno
Setup. Take a look at the packages/win32-innosetup directory and read
the Readme.txt file. If you can contribute, then answer to this posting
at dev@subversion.tigris.org so we can avoid duplicate efforts.

I will work on this on Sunday and Monday (CET).
