Ya that was what I was thinking of. I wasn't paying too close attention
to it I just saw it go by. However even if the text base penalty is
still what it always was, I'm less rigid about that now, while looking
at SVN as an SCM for our stuff. Its by no means ideal but I have a
feeling it will be addressed in time. If 1.0 ever actually comes out
(*duck*) and folks are ready to start re-evaluating this I will be glad
to help with any design and coding to eliminate or at least better
constrain the text base penalty.

To get back to the topic at hand though, I searched both google and the
mailing list archives on tigris and I couldnt find anything about "FS
refactoring" or "pluggable DB". Glenn mentioned a document he was
working on but I cant find that either (perhaps you can send it to me
Glenn. I know its incomplete but its > than the 0 I have now).
