Javahl patch related Mandrake RPM patch and technical fix.

Could somoene please reveiew the following log message and the attached
patch. If it meets with approval, please commit to the trunk so that the
Mandrake RPM build set is accurate and error free.

Patch is enclosed as a tar.bz2 to conserve space and to preserve formatting.

Also, since it removes a file containing the full text of the javahl patch that
Patrick committed, it is rather large and unweildy.

Corrections to the Mandrake RPM build set to remove the javahl test patch
code present in the Mandrake RPM build set for testing. Patrick has committed
this to the main trunk and therefore, this patch no longer needs to be applied.

This patch also corrects minor technical glitches discovered duing rigorous
testing during build process under dev builds with differing setups.

  (removed): Obsoleted by javahl patch posted by Patrick for issue #1501

  (modified): Removed refernences to svn-java.patch

* trunk/packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/make-version-patch
  (modified): Mandrake ID information no longer clobbers patchfile syntax
  during build.

* trunk/packages/rpm/mandrake-9.1/Makefile
  (modified):
    Removed references to svn-java.patch
    Added missing $(shell) call to determine validity of svn setup.
    Made svn info interpretation case insenstive.
