Web stats for downloaded files

Hi,

Is it possible to get webstats for downloaded svn-x.xx.x-setup.exe files?

The reason that I want it is because I want to know on how many people
who are using it and 1 to 5 people (usually the same people) do often
have path trouble after installing Subversion using the installer on
Windows.

Some facts/feelings:
* It's a Win2k problem (works for NT4/XP)
* The problem occures even when the installer's path routines
  are automated and using _exactly_ the same helper programs
  and routines.
