OK. So it's a bug in IIS. Whatever. You can call a pig a peacock all
you like, but it's still a pig.

Show me other use cases where it's bothering people--so far we've only
got one use case, and that's for one particular configuration of one
particular IDE. Whatever change we make, I think it should happen post
1.0.
