Very unlikely -- I double-checked everything carefully, including the
issue number and its summary and milestone, because it had already
been messed up once. I was on the phone with Sander Striker at the
time, and checked the issue number with him. I changed the
target-milestone field from "Post-1.0" to "0.31", verbally confirmed
to him that I was doing this, then clicked Submit.

Browser bug? :-( I dunno.
