FOP - I'm missing something I think.

Ok. Someone please tell me eveyrthing I have to have installed in order to get fop to
work right?

I did what the README said. Used the XSL_DIR directive. Etc. etc.

All I get when it finally gets to fop, is that it runs and spits out that error constantly.

What did I miss???
