fop complains w/o end

Ok. I have the latest fop dumped into tools/fop - well symlinked.

I have docbook-style-xsl installed and the XSL_DIR set to the top of the
xsl-stylesheets directory that the doc/book/Makefile is looking for.

So now, when I run make, everything proceeds until the first fop call. I get that
same error message. And it just dumps that repeatedly.

So now what???
