My problem appears to be that clients was disconnected, and in this case
a "svnadmin recover" should be run. For the stress.pl, it's a know issue, but
I've had a few cases during testing where I'm not sure what caused the
slowdown.

I've just installed Subversion on OpenBSD 3.4 Beta, and is worried that
some of the new security enchancements (like Propolice) and switching to ELF
in this beta will break some programs.
