OMG - can you say viral/invasive/intrusive/trojan?

One quick side note. I don't know if anyone is aware, but the redhat-8+
directory silently installs a .rpmmacros in $HOME if you don't already
have one.

This causes all kinds of havoc if you have a stock
/usr/lib/rpm/rpmmacros that is already intelligent, and especially since
you are totally uninformed that the system is looking for sources in a
different non-distro-standard directory.

On a secondary note, it does make me realize that my Mandrake
subversion.spec file needs to be a little more literal so that it can
withstand such assaults. lol
