I have not had much luck compiling Apache and Subversion under Windows (mostly
due to time constraints), so I have not been able to test this patch under Win32
as of yet. If anyone who does have the ability to compile under Windows could
try it, it would be helpful. I expect no problems (or effect) at all, since
setgid() and setuid() are not Win32 concepts.
