SVN REPOS: Was: SVN API

I suggest changing the thread name to SVN REPOS and considering my suggestion for a
subprojected headed up by yours truly. I volunteer. I think it's doable with a
reasonable amount of protocol and architecture and minimal coding.

I'll even offer an XML DTD for optional rendering instead of a regular HTTP HTML
response for the thing. :)
