Bitkeeper. (I think. I've never used it. But since every working copy
is a repository, registering all of them would seem to get in the way.)

Not that it matters. Subversion is not a commercial SCM system. It
doesn't have the same requirements, it doesn't have the same
architecture, and it doesn't have the same adoption path as a commercial
SCM system. If arch and Aegis and CVS had repository-listing features,
we'd have a much better reason to care than if Clearcase and AccuRev can
do it.
