I solved the problem with helping hints from David Morrison (thanks!).
The problem was solved by using libtool 1.5 in apr too. Now svn
compiles fine and the mod_dav_svn and mod_authz_svn modules are
installed into the correct apache2 modules folder.

Apache now says:
Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) SVN/0.29.0 DAV/2 Server at xxx.xxx.xxx Port 80

which seems right. You can find the relevant files at

They are not yet in fink cvs since i want to do some more tests. If
anybody else wants to try these packages that would be great.
